Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 Hourly
NDI Office Furniture, LLC is looking for a full-time customer support team member in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities- Answer the heavy flow of inbound phone calls & emails. Strong mathematical skills.
- Order entry, follow-ups, researching product, expediting orders, and understanding truck routing.
- Provide support to customers and territory managers.
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Problem solving skills
- Familiar with the software used Epicor (P21) to connect with customers and gather their information.
