Position Details

• Role:Apartment Leasing Consultant
• Location:Knoxville, TN 37923
• Pay:$18/hr
• Schedule:Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
• Additional:Some weekends required
• Opportunities:Contract and Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet andassistprospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, andmaintainaccuraterecords
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
• Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Previousleasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, andteam‑oriented
