Climb Nashville seeks a friendly front desk and belay guide to greet members, check in, and ring up customers using the POS system. You will proactively share events, manage member information, and help guide climbers through their journey.
Responsibilities include conducting belay lessons and tests, monitoring risk, restocking supplies, and promoting gym promotions, memberships, and retail. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with at least four shifts per month.
