Nashville, TN | Full-Time | Immediate Start $750-$950 Per Week | Paid Training

Brand Fusion is growing its Nashville team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience from the first conversation.

This isn't a call center or behind-the-desk customer service position. You'll work face-to-face with customers, representing nationally recognized brands and helping people understand the products and services available to them.

If you've worked in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, events, sales, or another people-focused environment, your experience could transfer well. If you haven't? That's okay too - paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You'll be out interacting with customers, having real conversations, and helping create a positive experience for the brands you represent.

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional way
• Learn about different products, services, and campaigns
• Listen to customers and understand what they're looking for
• Answer questions and recommend suitable solutions
• Support customers through purchases or sign-ups
• Build positive customer relationships
• Contribute toward customer acquisition and sales goals
• Keep customer information accurate where required
• Work alongside the Nashville team toward shared goals

It's a fast-paced, social role, so you'll spend much more time talking to people than sitting behind a screen.

You don't need years of experience or a perfect resume.

$750-$950 average weekly earnings, including base pay, commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives
