- US Healthcare experience is mandatory (Patient Access, HUB, Reimbursement, Pharmacy Support, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, or PAP).
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls and meet quality metrics.
- Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment.
