Front Desk Associate

PVOLVE Nashville is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Gulch studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, is comfortable connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced studio environment.

• Welcoming and checking in members and guests
• Providing a high level of customer service and creating a positive studio experience
• Answering questions about classes, memberships, packages, and studio policies
• Following up with prospective members and assisting with membership and package sales
• Responding to phone, text, and email inquiries
• Supporting daily studio operations, including opening and closing
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Assisting with events, promotions, and other studio needs as needed

• Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is outgoing and confident speaking with both current and prospective members
• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Is comfortable with sales and lead follow-up
• Has an interest in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
• Has flexibility to work a combination of early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Previous boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
