Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The General Dentist will perform a range of dental care tasks, including diagnostic evaluations, preventative care, restorative procedures, and specialized treatments. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, educating patients about oral hygiene and preventive care, overseeing dental assistants and hygienists, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and restorative procedures, such as fillings, crowns, and bridges
  • Experience in preventive dentistry and patient education strategies
  • Knowledge of specialized dental procedures, such as root canals or extractions, is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and provide compassionate care
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software and adherence to industry safety regulations
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
  • State licensure to practice dentistry in Tennessee
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in dental care
