Base Salary: $250,000–$310,000 annually
Retention Bonus: $40,000 with a minimum one-year commitment
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
Case Focus:
Pediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery
No call — no nights — no weekends
Tennessee CRNA license required or ability to obtain
Nasal intubation on healthy pediatric patients required

Day in and day out you will deliver safe, precise anesthesia care for pediatric dental and oral surgery patients in a well-organized ambulatory surgery center. You will complete the pre-anesthesia assessment, build the plan, run the airway, and stay with the patient through recovery. Nasal intubation is a regular part of the pediatric dental day. You will work with oral surgeons, dental providers, and ASC staff.
No hospital board. No inpatient rounding. Focused outpatient cases.
Current CRNA certification — required
Active Tennessee CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start — required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS — required
Comfort with nasal intubation on healthy pediatric patients — required
Dental, oral surgery, or pediatric ASC experience — preferred
A team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to patient safety
