The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Stadium & Studio Productions Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Production, Broadcast & Technology team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization.
The successful applicant will be part of the team that will open the brand-new, state-of-the-art New Nissan Stadium in February 2027.
In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.Job Responsibilities:
- Assist, and grow to lead the setup, operation, and tear down of Stadium and Studio Productions; AV events, Stadium programming, and off-location Productions.
- Assist with pre-production planning for Stadium & Studio Productions.
- Provide support for the organization and maintenance of Production, Broadcast and AV Equipment.
- Coordinate and distribute parking passes, credentials, and other production materials critical to operational success.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
Experience
- Experience with live production software and hardware, including audio mixers, video playback devices preferred, but not required.
- Desire to learn more about each production role.
- Ability to heed direction and communicate feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- This is an in-person role located in Nashville, TN
