• Lead signature architectural and ornamental metal packages that define the finished look of major buildings
• Work directly with architects, owners, and senior GC teams from early design through installation
• Influence detailing, constructability, sequencing, and quality on highly visible projects
• Operate in an environment where project leadership, communication, and planning are truly valued
• Play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for a market-leading contractor
