This is a full-time, on-site role for a in Nashville, TN. The Interior Design candidate will oversee project planning, design implementation, coordination, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, staying within budget and maintaining your budget on each project is crucial, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, AutoCAD (this is a must), space planning, design selections, coordinating with architects and contractors, site visits, client interaction, and managing logistics.

The role involves ensuring all project components align with clients' expectations and company standards. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience, you will not be considered with anything less.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Creative thinker
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee planning, coordination, and execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to do basic budgeting math and entries into Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders, teammates, and clients.
• 5-7 years of experience in residential interior design
• Possible out of town travel
• Ability to manage large residential installations and vendors involved.
