Our healthcare startup client is growing fast and looking for a Senior React/Type Script Engineer to help build modern, patient‑focused digital products. This role offers high ownership, direct impact, and the ability to help shape the front‑end architecture from the ground up.
What You'll Do- Build and lead front‑end features using React + Type Script
- Create scalable components and design systems
- Collaborate with Product + Design to deliver clean, intuitive interfaces
- Integrate with REST/Graph
QL APIs - Ensure performance, accessibility, and secure (HIPAA‑compliant) coding
- Mentor other engineers and influence technical decisions
- 5+ years front‑end experience
- Deep React + Type Script expertise
- Strong UI/UX awareness
- Experience with modern state management (React Query, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and collaboration
- Healthcare/Healthtech experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI environments
- Exposure to Node.js or backend services
- High‑impact role in a mission‑driven startup
- Ownership over front‑end direction
- Competitive comp + potential equity
- Work on products that directly improve patient and provider experiences
