Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is confident meeting with clients, interpreting customer requests, and translating those ideas into project drawings and renders.

The candidate MUST have Commercial Experience, preferably in the hospitality space.

Residential Architectural Experience will not be considered.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with the necessary people to ensure timely execution.

This position is with a new role in a small to midsize firm. The client is clearly established and has many projects in the pipeline.

The office will be in downtown Nashville.

• Meet with the client to understand needs.
• Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of the project.
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create an ideal finished product.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
