Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

A growing architecture studio in the greater Nashville market is seeking a highly experienced Architect to join its team in a full‑time, on‑site role. This position is ideal for a senior‑level professional who can lead projects independently, collaborate directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering thoughtful, high‑quality design solutions across multiple asset types.

This is a strategic hire tied to continued growth and increased project demand within the Nashville market.

The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and consultants while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with design intent.

This role offers strong visibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership within a collaborative studio environment.

• Lead projects through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Develop and coordinate detailed drawing sets in Revit
• Manage project schedules and consultant coordination (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal team members
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture
• Ensure design solutions meet both functional and aesthetic goals

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit required
• Proven ability to independently manage architectural projects
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
