Packaging Designer​/Product Designer; Entry–Mid Level

We are a fast-growing toy company based in Nashville seeking a Packaging Designer with product development exposure to join our in-house creative team.

This role is primarily focused on retail packaging design, with secondary involvement in product concepting and development support. The ideal candidate is strong in layout, typography, and print production, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to bring trend-driven products to market.

This is an on-site position requiring close collaboration with product development, sales, marketing, and overseas manufacturing partners.

• Create original graphics, icons, patterns, typography systems, and layout structures
• Prepare print-ready files and manage dielines with production accuracy
• Ensure packaging aligns with brand standards and retailer requirement
• Develop mockups and presentation materials for internal reviews and retailer submissionsi>

• 1–4 years of experience in packaging design, graphic design, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of print production, dielines, and color management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Experience in toy, children’s products, novelty, or CPG packaging

Knowledge of retailer packaging requirements (Target, Walmart, etc.)

Working knowledge of 3D CAD or rendering software

Experience collaborating with overseas factories
