The OpportunityCOMPANY is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (RA) to join our Nashville office and lead the technical execution of complex architectural projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced architect who enjoys problem-solving, detailing, and ensuring technical excellence while remaining hands‑on in project delivery.
You’ll partner closely with Project Managers and Project Architects to ensure projects are well-coordinated, technically sound, code‑compliant, and delivered with quality while minimizing risk.
What You’ll Do- Lead technical coordination and problem-solving on complex projects
- Develop and review construction documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure code compliance, constructability, and technical integrity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture, environmental, and construction divisions
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence
- Registered Architect (RA) – Required
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Strong technical design, detailing, and documentation expertise
- Deep knowledge of building systems and construction methods
- Experience with code compliance (ADA, Life Safety, AHCA, Joint Commission preferred)
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

- Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000
- In‑office role (Nashville) with standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Periodic travel (~3 times/month) to project sites and other COMPANY office locations
