Our client is a leading, multi-disciplined professional services firm. Our client designs places and spaces ranging from communities and campuses to labs and offices. They design for clients in a wide range of industries from corporate and commercial to housing and hospitality, education and healthcare to science and technology. They work seamlessly together taking on complex project opportunities.

Our studio in Nashville seeks an experienced Project Architect to oversee technical aspects of projects to ensure they are in concert with project scope, design, budget, client goals, and core requirements. We need a well-rounded Architect who thrives in providing mentorship and leading technical education programs.

• Lead the technical effort of projects and ensure overall technical quality of work across the office.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance Review Process for multiple projects.
• Improve the quality of our deliverables and reduce risk.
• Improve the efficiency of Our Client’s document production effort.
• Assist Project Team members to prepare project specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers to develop design components.
• Coordinate scheduling and production of Project Manuals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of project experience in an architectural practice.
• Licensed or registered architect.
• CDT certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of local Building Codes.
• A strong design sensibility leading to the enhancement of design through technical innovation.
• High level technical skills and experience in Construction Document Preparation.
• Expert knowledge of industry standards & resources.
• Revit proficiency.
• Experience in leading and mentoring multiple project teams in technical delivery.
• Ability to enhance client relationships through excellent technical guidance.
• Collaborative, team-conscious, and detail-oriented
