As the Division Manager - Landscape Construction, you will be responsible for the planning, resourcing, scheduling, execution, and supervision of all landscape and hardscape projects. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of existing clients as well as develop new business.
- Lead and manage landscaping projects in all aspects of planning and execution; manage invoicing and track P&L on landscaping projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to define project scope and deliverables
- Oversee the installation of landscape elements, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site analysis to inform design decisions
- Assist in design of landscaping projects;
Design experience preferred - utilize 2D/3D design software to produce design drawings for clients - Develop project plans, including preliminary designs, schedules, and specifications
- Manage the procurement of plants and materials from suppliers / growers / vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and other SLS Divisions
- Ensure all landscaping estimating, work orders, invoicing, and inventory are tracked using our Aspire software system
- Responsible for the hiring and management of Landscape personnel
