Job Details
- Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite required
- Contract‑to‑hire
- Scope includes conceptual design through detailed design
- 5+ years Revit required (primary tool)
- 7+ years drafting/design preferred
- Responsible for complete, accurate, coordinated drawing sets
- Full ownership of quality, schedule, and delivery
- Must be able to lead small teams (3–12 designers)
- Manage workload, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines
- Global coordination experience is a plus
- Strong accountability and ownership expected
- Tools used:
Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks - Sketching and 3D modeling part of workflow
- Familiarity with Bluebeam/Navisworks helps with quick ramp‑up
