Requirements- Coordinate signage packages for new neighborhoods, residential communities, commercial developments, and construction projects.
- Create layouts and designs for monument signs, subdivision entrances, directional signage, way finding, building identification, and other exterior and interior signs.
- Review site plans, architectural drawings, elevations, and specifications to determine project requirements.

- Coordinate designs, revisions, approvals, permitting, production schedules, and installation.
- Prepare accurate files and project information for fabrication and production.
- Monitor multiple projects and proactively address scheduling, design, permitting, site, or production issues.
- Maintain organized project records and provide customers with clear updates throughout the project.
- Experience with residential development, homebuilding, land development, construction project coordination, architectural/environmental graphics, or sign project management is highly desirable.
- Graphic design ability and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or similar professional design software.
- Ability to understand site plans, architectural drawings, dimensions, scale, and construction documents.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with contractors, developers, customers, and production personnel.
- Ability to balance design requirements with fabrication, installation, site conditions, schedules, and budgets.
- Previous sign-industry experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate with development/construction experience.
