This hospital recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation to its Women's & Children's tower, featuring a state-of-the-art OB Emergency Department and Level III NICU. • True OB Hospitalist model manage triage, L&D, and postpartum rounding
• GYN component limited to consults and emergency procedures (D&C, ectopic, cysts, etc.)
• Double coverage model with Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians on every shift
• Flexible scheduling: 7 shifts/month (24‑hour) or mix of 12s and 24s
• In‑house only no home call
• Level III NICU: 25% of babies from maternal transports; strong subspecialty support
• High‑acuity, tertiary-level care while maintaining work‑life balance

• Estimated Base Salary: ~$380,000 (range $350K‑$450K DOE) plus Signing Bonus
