OBGYN Opportunity – Nashville, TN | Women Obstetrics & Gynecology

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting.

Practice Highlights:

Comprehensive Practice: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.

Hospital Privileges:

• Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and Tri Star Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care.

Flexible

Schedule:

li>3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days.
• Shared Call Model: 1:6 rotation ensuring equitable call and holiday coverage. Call can be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling patient calls.

Strong Support System:

• • Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team: including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider
  • Weekend rounding support from APP's
