Your Role as a Full-Time Associate Optometrist:
Join a supportive, privately-owned practice with an established patient base and strong referral network.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular diseases
- Provide specialty care, including contact lens fittings, myopia control, and dry eye management
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology and treatment innovations
- Collaborate with experienced optometrists and a highly skilled support team
- Participate in clinical studies and ongoing professional development
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active Tennessee optometry license
- Currently Practicing O.D.
- Experience in private or retail optometric practice
Residency training in a relevant specialty
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and mentorship
- A willingness to integrate new technologies and treatment approaches
