• Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma designation
• Bed Size: 50
• Patients Per Day: 130 pts/day
• Number of Patients Rounding on per Day: 1.95 PPH
• Daily Admissions: 28
• Common Cases:
  Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Altered Mental Status
• Annual ER Admissions: 11,286
• Procedures
  
  Required:
  
  ACLS and ATLS procedures
• Tele Psych and Tele-neurology
• Support Staff: ED RN fully staffed, 32 hours of APP coverage per day
• EM Physicians Per Shift: 2

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years suggested
• Flexibility in
  
  Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
• Active TN license
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
