APP coverage:
Weekdays - (1) 7a to 7p, (1) 10a to 10p, and (1) 7p to 7a
Weekends - (1) 7a to 7p and (1) 7p to 7a
Must have active TN license
No call required

Tri Star Centennial Medical Center is a 741-bed comprehensive facility offering comprehensive medical and surgical care, including 24-hour emergency, heart and vascular, women's, behavioral health and imaging services.
