While we are a public school open to all Nashville students, we are deeply dedicated to being a true neighborhood pillar. Our primary focus is serving the students and families within the Pearl-Cohn and Whites Creek Clusters.
We are seeking a passionate General Education Teacher to join our team for Year 2! In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction within a mastery-based framework using the Morningside Model of Generative Instruction (MMGI). Recognizing that MMGI may be new to most educators, we provide robust and ongoing professional development to ensure your success in implementing this innovative approach.

The salary range for this position is $55,000‑$95,439 and will align with years of experience. The start date is July 13 2026. This is an in‑person position; typical hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:25 am–3:45 pm;
Wednesday: 7:25 am–4:35 pm.
