Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
  • Crafting personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
  • Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and identify actionable trends
  • Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI‑based literacy platforms

  • Following pre-packaged curricula or commercially published instructional sequences

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
  • Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written materials
  • Experienced with AI or adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within these systems
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • Available to work on‑site at one of these campuses:

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
