Bilingual Community Workshop Facilitator; Spanish​/English – Nashville, TN

Nutrition Clarity Foundation is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) health educator or community facilitator to support in-person food literacy workshops throughout the Nashville area.

Our organization focuses on prevention-focused, education-based workshops that help individuals and families better understand everyday nutrition, food labels, and how food choices connect to energy, mood, and long-term wellness.

This role is ideal for community health educators, nutrition professionals, public health graduates, or bilingual wellness advocates who enjoy working directly with diverse communities.

Location:

Nashville, TN (community sites such as health departments, libraries, and community centers)

Schedule:

As-needed workshop facilitation

Pay: $100 per workshop session (typically 60–75 minutes)

• Facilitate education-based nutrition workshops using provided slides and materials
• Help create a welcoming, culturally respectful learning environment
• Support participant engagement and basic workshop logistics
• Represent Nutrition Clarity Foundation in community spaces

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Comfortable facilitating small group workshops or community education sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for community health, nutrition education, or prevention-focused wellness
• Experience in public health, nutrition, healthcare, or education is strongly preferred but not required

Nutrition Clarity Foundation provides all workshop structure, training, and materials. Facilitators are invited to sessions based on availability, topic fit, and community programming needs.
