Assistant Professor of Chemistry

Fisk University ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) invites applications for an assistant professor in chemistry, tenure track, with demonstrated potential for excellence in student-centered undergraduate teaching (general chemistry or organic chemistry, and upper division courses), and for developing a research program (open area) capable of attracting external funding and publishing peer-reviewed papers with undergraduate co-authors. The faculty member also will serve as a mentor in the Fisk-Vanderbilt Master's to PhD Bridge Program and, depending on their research interest, the Fisk-UIUC Master's to PhD Bridge in Quantitative Biology.
