Coordinate and manage Belmont’s hosting of a National Portfolio Day (NPD) event and oversee institutional participation at other NPD events.

  • Utilize enrollment and university CRMs to analyze data related to the applicant pool and identify trends, demographics, and other patterns to make informed decisions about admissions strategies, targets and departmental scholarships (if applicable).
  • Support first‑year student success by facilitating the transition to college life, fostering meaningful connections within the college, and connecting students with available university resources. Collaborate with Department Chairs to oversee the portfolio submission process for current students transitioning into a Watkins BFA degree.
