You'll combine high-caliber coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, converting workshops, metric-based rallies, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. - Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on equipping them as outstanding motivators
- Accepting lower expectations – when our mastery threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that standard
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning
Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× speed, and achieves mastery of life skills. Zero exceptions.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable area
- Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
- Robust leadership and coaching capabilities with a history of building, guiding, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
- Skill in data interpretation and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster ongoing improvement
- Authorized to work legally in the United States

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
