We are seeking an exceptional 3K Lead Teacher for the  academic year. The role is full‑time and offers generous benefits and competitive pay.

• Teach and motivate 3‑year‑old students with diverse learning needs in a play‑based classroom.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students, colleagues, and families orally and in writing.
• Support a close‑knit early childhood team in curriculum development, ensuring appropriate vertical alignment and consistency.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects and innovative pedagogy.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
• At least three years of full‑time early childhood teaching experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with play‑based curriculum development.
• Comfort and familiarity with the use of technology to enhance learning.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
