Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing wellness programming events and targeted wellness education for students.
  • Support and implement student wellness initiatives, including programs that promote mental health, increase access to supportive resources, and address basic needs such as food security.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication, marketing, and social media plan for the Be Well BU program.
  • Create and deliver presentations about student well‑being as requested.
  • Collect and review pertinent assessment data in reports submitted on a weekly, per‑semester, annual, and per‑event basis.
Secondary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Support collaboration among wellness departments, academic programs, student organizations, and other campus partners to promote a holistic approach to student well‑being.
  • Assist with program research needs.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and events that are partnered with Be Well BU.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong event planning, marketing, and communication skills required.
  • Health promotion experience preferred.
  • Skilled in utilizing social media, design, and other marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work mainly during business hours and some evenings/weekends.
Required Education

Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Graduate or undergraduate studies in Sports Administration, Public Health, Design, Media, Marketing, Leadership, or related health, business, communication, or educational field is preferred.
