The Music Training Specialist plays a key role in supporting educators in the effective use of Quaver Music resources. This individual will serve as a content expert, trainer, and advocate for Quaver Ed, helping teachers and schools integrate Quaver Music’s digital curriculum into their education programs. The ideal candidate is an experienced Music Education educator with a passion for professional development, curriculum implementation, and technology in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Report to the Manager of Training
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Quaver Music curriculum
- Lead virtual and in-person training/sales sessions for teachers on Quaver Music resources
- Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the Quaver Music resources
- Host virtual events for Quaver Music users and prospective customers
- Attend national conferences to represent Quaver Ed in booths and lead conference sessions
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years experience teaching in a K-8 setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, or a related field preferred
- Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
- Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
- Experience with online curricula and curriculum development, use of Quaver Music preferred
- Excellent communications and relationship skills

Note:
This position is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. All team members must work a minimum of 3 days a week in the office on the Quaver Ed campus; up to 2 days remote.
