Conexess Group seeks a Market Support Champion to drive orientation, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for colleagues. This role partners with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
You will serve as in-market SME and eCW Super User, delivering role-specific training, guiding new hires, and measuring learning effectiveness. Occasional overnight travel may be required within markets.
