Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher in the Nashville area to work with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Full-time and part-time positions offer a pathway to a CDA or college degree at no cost, with an hourly rate of $15.05–$18.70 and a $1000 hiring incentive after 100 days.
You will support classroom activities, communicate with families, ensure safety, and assist across centers as needed. Background checks, age 18+ and HS diploma required; CDA/degree preferred.
