DescriptionThe Department of Health Sciences seeks adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses in Nutrition and related fields on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates bring professional experience in their discipline and a commitment to supporting student growth through hands‑on instruction, critique, and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Needs a master's in nutrition or related field (minimum 18 graduate hours in nutrition or related field)
- Church of Christ preferred
- Some teaching experience preferred
- Teach lecture and lab weekly on Tuesday/Thursday
- Create a grocery list weekly
- Ensure students follow lab cleaning procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Required
Masters or better in Clinical Nutrition or related field.
ExperienceRequired

Registered Dietitian preferred
