Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Position purpose:
Briefly describe the primary purpose of this position. This should require no more than one or two sentences.

Job functions:

  • Teach up to 9 credit hours per semester.
  • Create syllabus and timeline of classes, for students per semester.
  • Provide meeting time for students.
  • Manage online grading system.
  • Submit book orders, if textbooks required.
  • Abide by all relevant university and/or departmental procedures and policies.

  • Knowledge of the programs and services offered by Belmont University.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
Required Education

Terminal degree required in counseling or related field

Preferred Required

Required Experience

Teaching and clinical experience preferred.

The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
