Prepare and deliver effective lectures, assessments, and learning experiences.

Specific Job
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated record of effective undergraduate teaching in introductory level design courses. Undergraduate teaching record with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
Education:
Master of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art from an accredited institution (or 18 graduate credit hours in art).Desired
Experience:
Professional exhibition record, curatorial experience, published scholarship, or other evidence of growing or sustained practice.
Additional Requirements:
Experience integrating contemporary art practices or interdisciplinary approaches into coursework. Demonstrated ability to integrate traditional processes with digital technologies and contemporary modes of creative practice and instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctoral degree preferred, Master’s degree required
