Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with set up and breakdown of simulation, skills lab, and other educational events
  • Pull, organize, stock, and return supplies and equipment for scheduled activities
  • Support inventory organization, stocking, and unpacking of supplies
  • Assist with front desk coverage and general office duties as needed
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and learner-ready simulation spaces
  • Assist with the basic care, cleaning, and organization of simulation and medical equipment
  • Participate in training on simulation equipment, technology, and operations as appropriate
  • Assist with simulation activities and scenario testing as training and experience allow
  • Provide general operational support to Simulation Center staff
  • Perform other applicable duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must have FWS to be considered.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow directions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to assist with a variety of operational tasks
  • Previous simulation or healthcare experience is not required; a healthcare background or related experience is a plus

Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.

Required Experience Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Windows formats:
Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
