I'm looking for someone with a strong instructional design background who can turn ideas and complex content into engaging learning experiences.
A few things that would make someone a great fit:
- Hands-on experience developing in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline
- A creative approach to interactive, self-paced learning
- Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences
- The confidence and executive presence to collaborate with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Comfort with pilot testing, feedback, iteration, and an evolving environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to brainstorm, build, refine, and occasionally pivot
I'm especially looking for someone who can jump right into Articulate and start creating, while bringing strong instructional design thinking and creativity to the work.
