Nashville Christian School Early Learning Village is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support in our Infant, Toddler, or Twos classrooms. This role supports the Lead Teacher in daily routines, supervision, and hands-on care within a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment.
Qualifications- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma required; early childhood experience preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of childcare
- Commitment to Christian values and teamwork
- Full-time, year-round position with scheduled holidays and breaks
- Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on background and experience
- Full-time benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan
- Opportunity to pursue a bachelor’s degree while employed
