The Partnership Director, Curriculum is a member of K12 Coalition's Corporate Sales team focused on Red Thread, a suite of K-12 curriculum solutions by Lavinia Group, a division of K12 Coalition. This role serves as a dedicated curriculum sales specialist, responsible for driving Red Thread’s growth and adoption with school systems by building new partnerships and expanding its reach in the K-12 curriculum market.
This role combines strong K-12 sales expertise with a deep understanding of curriculum, district and charter needs, and the education market. The Partnership Director, Curriculum will develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, lead the sales process from initial outreach through close, and position Red Thread’s curriculum solutions across literacy, math, intervention, assessment and test preparation, fact fluency, after school, and other evolving offerings in ways that connect school systems’ priorities and instructional needs to the value and outcomes of the product.
Working closely with Lavinia Group’s Product team, Marketing, and other internal partners, this role will bring market and prospective partner insights back into the organization while maintaining clear accountability for sales execution, partnership development, and revenue growth. The role will be instrumental in translating a strong and growing curriculum portfolio into meaningful partnerships with school systems.
The Partnership Director reports to the Chief Partnership Officer.
What You’ll Do Curriculum Sales & Revenue Growth- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused specifically on Lavinia Group Red Thread curriculum offerings.
- Build, manage, and advance a strong pipeline of school and district/charter opportunities from prospecting through close.
