Senior Automation Project Manager

You’ll help modernize factory operations by introducing smart automation and digital solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and consistency across multiple sites worldwide.

This is not a desk-only role — you’ll collaborate directly with plant leaders, engineers, and digital teams to turn ideas into real, working solutions.

• Lead automation projects across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Partner with local plant experts to identify opportunities to automate or improve processes
• Design and implement automation solutions that can be reused across sites
• Manage projects from start to finish — scope, budget, timeline, and resources
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and keep projects moving forward
• Ensure automation standards, documentation, and training are in place
• Track results, measure success, and make adjustments when needed
• Travel to manufacturing locations to support project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (manufacturing, mechanical, or automation preferred)
• 7+ years of experience leading automation or manufacturing-related projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with automation technologies such as:
  • Industrial automation (PLC / SCADA)
  • Robotics
  • RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
  • AI or machine learning exposure is a plus
• Self-starter who can balance multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communicator and team leader
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and functions
• Willing and able to travel up to 50%
