Nuclear Engineer

We are supporting a growing nuclear engineering organization seeking a Nuclear Engineer to support active and upcoming nuclear programs. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on technical execution and wants to contribute meaningfully to production work while continuing to grow under experienced senior leadership.

This position is part of a collaborative, hybrid team environment that values in-person knowledge sharing, strong engineering fundamentals, and long-term program stability.

• Execute production-level engineering work with increasing independence
• Develop and review technical calculations, drawings, analyses, and design deliverables
• Support nuclear modifications, upgrades, and engineering service projects
• Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-disciplinary teams
• Participate in design reviews, QA processes, and technical meetings
• Apply nuclear quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Identify technical issues and escalate appropriately with recommended solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in nuclear, regulated energy, or complex industrial environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently produce technical deliverables
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and design processes
• Experience working within QA-controlled or highly regulated environments
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team setting

• Nuclear power generation or nuclear services background
• EPC, owner engineering, or utility project experience
• Exposure to plant modifications, system upgrades, or life extension work
• Experience working with nuclear codes, standards, and procedures
