Electrical Estimator

Enterprise Solutions is a trusted, single-source contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, and construction of electrical systems. We deliver fully integrated engineering and prefabrication services for complex projects in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing Pre-Construction department.

In this role, you will prepare comprehensive construction estimates from conceptual design through detailed documentation. You will collaborate with design teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure our bids are accurate, competitive, and in the best interest of our clients.

• Estimating: Prepare construction estimates from design documents; determine material requirements and review all project specifications.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform value engineering analysis and participate in pre-bid and team scope review meetings.
• Collaboration: Work with design teams to understand intent; locate and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids for scope and compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain and update Accubid databases, including material and labor costs.
• Leadership: Mentor other estimators on methods, bid strategies, and follow-up activities.
• Bid Finalization: Review and finalize bids to ensure 100% accuracy and track outcomes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in electrical cost estimating.
• Project Scope: Demonstrated ability to estimate large-scale projects valued at $5M+.
• Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency with Accubid & Live Count Takeoff

• Project Types: Deep understanding of both Plan-Spec and Design-Build projects. Experience in Healthcare or Datacenter projects is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
