For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000.00-$ per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a customer-facing Execution Project Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for managing customer project orders of moderate size and complexity. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects.

Documentation, communication, and customer facing skills are critical to this position. This is a hybrid position. You must be within 40 miles of the locations listed and able to report to the office up to three days a week. What will you do? End-to-End Project Ownership:
Lead all phases-initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closeout-ensuring alignment to contract, technical specifications, and customer expectations for all assigned projects, Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety plans, JHAs, and LOTO; ensure NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance and site procedures. Scope & Change Management:
Document High-Level WBS, define deliverables, and control scope creep via formal change orders; maintain complete project documentation, Schedule Management:
Monitor the performance of the customer project through its lifecycle, including task completion verification, project team monitoring, schedule reporting and issue resolution, build and maintain integrated project schedules (P6/MS Project), managing key milestones (submittals, FAT/SAT, delivery, installation, commissioning, energization, handover), and communicate with the customer to ensure expectations are being met, Budget & Cost Control: manage project budgets, track cost-to-complete, approve vendor invoices, collaborate with management team on project forecast EAC, drive margin protection and growth, Risk & Issue Management:
Plan, communicate, and manage project risks, maintain risk registers; develop mitigation plans for long-lead items, outages, permitting, and utility coordination; participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning, solve problems, and resolve project issues to deliver positive customer feedback and improved relationships, Improve effectiveness of critical functions within the direct responsibility of the individual project team through metrics monitoring and tracking, Technical Coordination:
Coordinate and collaborate with SMEs on engineering submittals, one-lines, coordination studies, and power monitoring integration with BAS/DCIM/SCADA as required by project scope, Vendor Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage subs as applicable, coordinate with GC and other trades; coordinate with internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors, oversee OEM deliverables for installed equipment, Quality & Commissioning:
Manage the team's compliance with the SE Customer Project Process to ensure consistent results, ensure installation quality, FAT/SAT participation, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover packages (O&M, as-builts, warranty). Customer & Stakeholder Communication:
Represent team during OAC meetings, develop, update, and disseminate weekly status (schedule, budget, risks), monitor the execution of the customer project order, verifying execution of the project through kick-off meetings, communication to all parties and exchange of technical requirements and project plan information, Documentation & Closeout: collaborate on financial reconciliation, manage RFI/Submittals, equipment installation and logs, startup/commissioning records, ITS, punch lists, final acceptance, owner training and warranty handoff, Travel up to 25-50% depending on project portfolio, On-site presence during critical phases as needed (deliveries, outages, startups, energization, IST) and as determined in collaboration with management, and Ability to navigate active construction sites;
