• Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy
• Lead multiple crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning
• Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K)
• Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope
• Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
• Communicate Updates with Clients
• Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork for a job

• Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area
• Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time.
• Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA De Busk
• Be On Call 24/7
• Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet

• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
• Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field
• Valid Driver License
• Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen
• Pass all Required Background Screens
