** Senior Controls Engineer.

*** How You'll Make an Impact:
*** Supervise controls engineers and other staff.
* Assist engineers to identify areas for technical and career development.
* Partner with manager to develop engineering department through leadership, training, and continuous improvement.
* Manage several on-going projects concurrently, including staffing, workload issues, and meeting project timelines.
* Design controls equipment to meet customer requirements.
* Responsible for leading cross-functional technical teams throughout the lifecycle of various projects.
* Assists with the successful management of assigned programs as they relate to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.

*** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, related field, or equivalent experience, calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study OR an associate’s degree with 2+ years of related experience.
* 10+ years of related experience
* 2+ years leading technical projects
* Knowledge to lead others and positively influence engineer's development and progression.
* Breadth and depth of experience with automation products, services, and the industry.
* Ability to identify systemic issues to improve department efficiency.
** Other Details:
*** Travel up to 25% to customer sites & other JR locations.
* Current or prior JR Automation, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.
* Present to colleagues and company management.
* Lead teams and influence project direction and progress.
* Serve as a technical expert and leader in the department.
