Global Engineering Services (GES) Operations Engineering (Ops Eng) is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented engineering project leader to develop and deliver next‑generation, world‑class sortation and transportation systems. This position will impact design and process design engineering for GES.

• Coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the sortation and transportation network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions in very short periods of time.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicate detailed roadmaps and specific technical solutions to make a compelling business case with senior executives.

This role requires 25% regional travel and availability to work from one of the listed locations when not traveling. Candidates should live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.

In a fast‑paced, often ambiguous environment, you will work with a highly skilled and engaged engineering team on hundreds of projects each year. You will be challenged, learn, and work on high‑impact, high‑visibility projects.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Operations, Business, Project Management or Engineering
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high‑speed manufacturing systems
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles
• Experience with project management
• Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software

• Master's degree or above in engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of technical engineering experience
